Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work for Blitz Agent subscriptions and credit purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (e.g. monthly or annually) until you cancel. You may cancel renewal at any time from the billing area in your account or via the Stripe customer portal where available.

Effect of cancellation: Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by law.

2. Pay-as-you-go credits

Credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unused credit purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if you contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and no material portion of the credits has been used.

Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase. Promotional or bonus credits may have separate terms shown at the time they are granted.

3. Free trials and promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional pricing, specific terms will be shown at signup or checkout. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

4. Billing errors and service issues

If you were charged incorrectly or could not use the Service due to a verified outage on our side, contact support with your account email and invoice details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a credit or refund to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact [email protected] before opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank. We can often resolve billing questions faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.

6. EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days. For digital services that begin immediately at your request, you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, as permitted by applicable law. Contact us if you believe this applies to your purchase.

7. How to request help

Email [email protected] with:

We aim to respond within a few business days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Changes apply to future purchases and renewals.
